Sprout Salad
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Mixed sprouts (Common:- Brown Chana, Moong Dal, Peanuts)
- 1/2 cup carrot grated
- 1 onion fine chopped
- 1 tomato fine chopped
- 1 green chilies fine chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Take the mixed sprouts in a bowl
- Chopped carrot, onions, tomato, and green chilies to it
- Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice
- Garnish with coriander
- The tangy sprout is ready
Fruit salad or fruit chaat
Ingredients:
- 1 cup seasonal fruits (chopped)
- 1tsp seeds and nuts trail mix
- 1tsp pepper powder
- 1tsp lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
Method:
- Place all the chopped fruits in a mixing bowl.
- You can add fruits such as apple, papaya, banana, mango, muskmelon and blueberries.
- Add salt, lemon juice, pepper powder mixed properly.
- Serve immediately.
Sweet corn salad
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sweet corn (boiled)
- ½ cup spring onions (chopped)
- ½ cup nuts (cashews, almonds) (chopped finely)
- 1 chopped green chili
- ¼ cilantro (chopped)
Salt, to taste
Method:
- Take a mixing bowl and put all the ingredients into it, except cilantro.
- Mix well and transfer to a serving plate.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve.
Guava smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 cups 100% guava juice (chilled)
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 cup vanilla unsweetened yogurt
Method:
- Put guava juice, coconut milk, and vanilla yogurt in a blender.
- Blend the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
- Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into serving glasses and enjoy!
Mango Shake
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 tspn Sugar
- 2 scoops Yogurt/ ice cream
- Fruit of your choice like Mango
Method:
- Take a cup of milk or yogurt.
- Add sugar
- Add fruit of your choice
- Blend it together

Cheese Nachos
Ingredients:
- 1 packet Nachos
- 4 tbsp shredded cheese
- Half cup ball pepper (yellow & red)
- Half cup tomatoes
- 2 green chilies (optional)
- Half cup onions
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- Salt (as per taste)
Method:
- Take a plate and spread the nachos on it
- Spread the bell peppers, tomatoes, green chilies (optional), and onions over the nachos
- Sprinkle the oregano, chili flakes, salt, and the shredded cheese over it
- Pre-heat the oven for 5 minutes
- Put the plate inside the oven and wait for 3 minutes till the cheese melts
Serve your hot cheese nachos
Delicious Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
- 2-3 Seasonal fruits
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Peeper powder
- Dry fruits (semi-powdered)
Method:
- Take a bowl and put all the chopped fruits in it
- Sprinkle over salt, pepper powder, dry fruits, and one tbsp of lemon juice
Serve immediately.
Biscuit Cake
Ingredients:
- Marie Biscuit (Any biscuit)
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp butter
Dry fruits
Method:
- Crush the Marie biscuits in a mixer and add the contents into a bowl
- Add milk, sugar, and butter
- Whisk all the contents properly
- Pour the whisked mixture into a baking tray
- Garnish it with almonds and nuts
- Place the tray in the freezer for 30 minutes
Serve fresh Biscuit Cake
Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- Dry fruits (optional)
- 3 ice cubes
Method:
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend it into a smooth mixture
- Pour it in a glass, add a straw and enjoy your smoothie
Vegetable Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 sandwich bread
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 6 slices cucumber
- 6 tomato slices
- Chaat Masala
- 1 carrot grated
- Salt
Method:
- Spread mayonnaise on all bread slices
- Put the cucumber slices and tomato slices on the bread
- Add grated carrot over it
- Sprinkle salt and chat masala for taste
- Cover the layers with another bread slice from the top
Your vegetable sandwich is ready
Cucumber Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 cucumbers, peeled
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- 7 mint leaves, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 cups vegetable stock
Method:
- Blend the cucumbers into a paste
- Add vegetable stock, yogurt, mint, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to the paste and blend it all together again
- Keep the mixture in the fridge to cool for 5 hours
- Pour it in a bowl and enjoy your chilled cucumber soup
Oreo Shake
Ingredients
- 1 packet Oreo biscuits
- 2 cups of milk
- 3 scoops vanilla ice-cream
- 3 cubes of ice
- 3 crushed Oreos for topping
- Chocolate syrup (optional)
Method
- Blend all the ingredients together except 3 crushed Oreos and 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
- Blend it into a smooth mixture and pour it into a glass
- Add the crushed Oreos and 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream on top
- You can also add chocolate syrup if you like (optional)

Coconut laddoo
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Dry Petha, grated
- 2 cup Desiccated Coconut
- 1 tsp Gulkand
- 1/2 tsp Rose syrup
Method:
- Mix grated petha and desiccated coconut till you are able to bind it together
- Add rose syrup to it and mix well again
- Take little dough on your palm. Fill little gulkand and make laddoos
- Layer and roll the laddoos with some more desiccated coconut
Strawberry crackers
Ingredients:
- ½ cup strawberries (chopped)
- ½ cup cottage cheese (grated)
- 1 packet of whole grain crackers
Method:
- Take a small mixing bowl and mix chopped strawberries with cottage cheese.
- Next, evenly spread this mixture on the crackers.
Carrot Cucumber sandwich
Ingredients:
- 4 Bread slices
- ¼ cup Cucumber very finely chopped
- 3 tablespoon Carrot very finely chopped
- 3 tablespoon Cheese spread or cream cheese
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper crushed
